Whole Cabrito Deposit

Cabrito + processing. Processing fee varies and is based off of cuts requested and the size of the goat. Cabrito is available year round. The processing fee is (usually between $130 - $250). Your order will be ready in the order in which your deposit is received, a butcher slot reserved, as well as in the order in which the next goat has reached optimal age and weight for processing. If planning for a holiday celebration, please be sure and reserve as early ahead of time as possible.
