This beef sampler is a fantastic way to sample the variety one receives with a bulk order. The boxes are broken down into 10 lb sets from entire steers, so one box may not be the same as the next. An example box contains a roast or short ribs, 2 lb - 5 lb ground and various steaks. It allows the inquisitive potential customer to experience first hand our high quality service and superb product before delving into a large purchase or future retail purchases.
Please understand that this is the division of an entire calf versus a shelf of individual cuts. For this reason we do not list each specific cut, nor the exact weights of every cut in each sampler box and then input into system, merely we build 10 lb boxes of value based off of the contents of the actual calf. We do then usher extra ground into our ground beef bundles!

NOTE: This is one of our most expensive options, because unlike whole steers, it is small, takes valuable time, resources and effort to process, package, transport, store and promote retail bundles of this size.
